“Glengarry Construction & Design did major renovation in our house. We had the basement finished with a new bathroom and living room as the first project. The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. The renovations were completed in August 2020 and we are still very happy with the final product. We highly recommend Glengarry Construction & Design for your renovation or new construction.”

“We hired Dan Post and the team at Job Doctor for various renovations around our house. We had 3 bedrooms re-done and painted, a sliding patio door put in place of a window, a window removed and changed over to a door. some electrical and plumbing work, and a HUGE deck built. The team at Job Doctor was very professional, and the entire crew was personable and informative. All of the renovations where done with and excellent degree of detail and care, and it shows in the final product. Dan was always happy to answer questions, and stopped by frequently to check on the job progress. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan Post and Job Doctor. We were, and still are, extremely pleased with both the outcome of the renovations and the value we obtained for our money.”

“Marcel Project We hired Highbridge Construction to do extensive renovation to the home we purchased. Even after our first meeting we knew we had selected the right company. The first thing you notice when you work with Highbridge is their dedication to communication. From the estimating, the designing and eventually the construction phases, we were in constant contact with their team. This brings a great deal of comfort, especially if you have never gone through a major renovation project. When it was discovered there was an issue that had to be addressed with the foundation, we met with them and felt a sense of empathy coming from them because of the unexpected nature of the issue. They provided options almost immediately and allowed us time to decide which was the best course of action. When my wife and I were able to see the finished product, we were blown away by the work and the attention to detail paid by the Highbridge team and we are truly grateful that they have been able to give us our forever home. Whenever anyone asks for recommendations about home renovation, I tell them to contact Highbridge Construction. Thank you.”

“Art & Stone Group was fantastic, I had my kitchen an bathroom remodeled this past year. The owner Andrew is incredibly thorough, straight-forward and genuinely a overall great contractor. Andrew spent many hours before we singed the contract going over every detail of the projects. His knowledge about the home renovation process and guidance during the project on how I could get the most with my budget was unparalleled. Very fair cost, the Art & Stone team are punctual, and always on ‘your’ side which was a nice experience at home. I would highly recommend the Art & Stone Group if you’re looking for major home renovations, an would like a team that works for your needs and not just a paycheck. “We used Gilded Contractors to renovate our basement, including a bedroom and bathroom remodel, and adding a finished storage and laundry room in a previously unfinished portion of the basement. From the very first meeting they were the epitome of professional. Everything was expertly explained, thoroughly laid out, and completed on time. Throughout the project, Cory and Eric were transparent about unforeseen hiccups, and always provided honest opinions and options. They were respectful of our home and delivered a beautiful, high-quality basement we will continue to enjoy for years to come. We were so happy with their work that we then hired them to remodel our fireplace and update our entry closet immediately upon completing the basement. We will 100% use them again for all future home renovation projects!”

“Buying an old house, in a great part of town, with a bigger lot and great neighbors has led our family into an adventure in home renovation. Over the past year we have redone, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, the foyer, the fence, the mudroom and the entire exterior. We've learned a lot about the responsibilities of the owner towards supporting a home renovation (which I won't go in to). We also learned, the hard way, about the range of contractors, their integrity, work ethic, attention to detail and perseverance to actually finish a project. Our best experience was our exterior, foyer and mudroom renovation, that was completed by TimberCross Homes. Our experience with Todd at TimberCross Homes, was the largest of our renovations, both by size and by cost. There were numerous challenges and changes along the way, based on the agreed unknowns of an exterior renovation. He was honest, ethical, hard working, a strong communicator and understood well the balance of working in a home with a young family that still had to function through day to day life. We are thrilled with the work Todd has done at our home. The quality of his work combined with his vision for the project has resulted in a beautiful product. Following the project, Todd has been very responsive with respect to any follow up questions, and we are already talking with him about our next reno.”

Our home is the 5th and by far largest renovation we have undertaken with Patterson Homes --the fact that we regard Mark as highly now as we did before the first renovation attests to a level of mutual respect and collaboration that has turned our home into something truly unique. Something which we will enjoy not just as a fine home but as a reminder of all the wonderful workers Mark has brought to work here. Through all stages from design to completion, this has been a high-fidelity experience. Mark's trades are people he has worked with for decades -- chosen because they are the best in terms of ability as well as honesty, reliability and punctuality. Mark and Mark's people arrive on time and deliver what they promise. As project manager, Mark's brings only those skilled individuals who offer consistently fair prices for excellent work.
