“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. He continues to be courteous and kind to our tenants. He is always fair with his pricing. He has truly become a family friend. Thanks, Jerr!”

“Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”

“I have had PLF work on a variety of projects. They did the kitchen in my tenant's house as well as the entire floors of the house where I am currently living. Pascual and Andrea are a joy to work with. They are very hard working, detail oriented, and are always available for any questions. They have a great work ethic and are also just very pleasant people. I have always been impressed that they leave the worksite better than they found it. Even during the jobs that they are doing they make sure that the area is clean and in order. I have never had any problems with the work that they do in fact quite the opposite. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!”

“We have known and been associated with Ray Geier and Cumberland Custom Homes for over 20 years now. They are currently finishing the third house we have asked them to build. Obviously, we are very pleased with their work. Ray helped us plan our layout, create the architectural design, select materials and achieve the energy efficiency we were seeking. His skills and knowledge of the building process have led to what we feel is a very successful project. He has been most helpful in guiding us through the many decisions and compromises necessary to get what we want at a price we can afford. We worked with two other contractors that never got within our budget. Budget was the deciding factor in selecting Warner. Warner delivered the house on schedule. David was available throughout the process and easy to work with. Save for a few punch list items the house has been trouble free. We would highly recommend Warner Custom Homes.”
