“Review: Renovations completed by LMN Constructions. In 2023 we had a new roof installed as well as both the front and back verandas extended. Also, the ceilings inside all had to be replaced. It was a very big job. However, LMN Constructions made it all run smoothly. They helped us with the plans as well as giving us advice in some areas where we weren’t sure of how to proceed with the total renovation. They organized the required trades (electricians, plasterers and painters) for each day when needed and always checked the work when it was completed. When part of the roof was tarped ready for the next day of roofing, LMN Constructions always rang us to see if we were still high and dry if it was raining in our area. If they were not coming to do any work on the days that we were experiencing inclement weather, they always let us know at the end of the workday before or would ring early the next morning. We would not hesitate to recommend LMN Constructions to anyone who requires any renovations or a new build, as we are very happy with of all aspects of the completed renovations.”
