“Steve and his crew at Made to Last Building Renovations did the installation of our commercial millwork in the Shaw Retail store in Victoria. The project was very complex containing wood columns, hanging wood bulkheads, oversize wood panels that needed to be scribed to drywall. Steve and his team had no difficulty with this install and executed it to a high level of quality. Communication was really good, they answer their phones when I need to get a hold of them and they are proactive on updating us on the status of the job. We are based out of Calgary AB, so it can be difficult to manage a job from out of town, Made to Last pretty well managed the entire install of the project. Billing and was fair and professionally done and there were no change order surprises. We would most certainly use Made to Last Building Renovations again in the future and are happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, honest, quality oriented contractor.”

“Island Builders has been our only contractor for over thirty years. They have performed numerous maintenance and renovation projects for us on our first two homes. “Allan completed an upgrade to my kitchen two years ago. He changed a very ugly, dark steel door and small window for a very beautiful 3 piece patio door and installed a new large window on a side wall. This reno, while small by comparison to many other jobs, meant so much to me and my family. He was very professional and completely reliable, communicating daily. As a single woman raising two teenagers, he made what could have been a scary experience, into one that was calm and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend him highly.”
