“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“J&M not only came in and corrected mistakes and errors of a prior contractor, but has done amazing new construction work for us as well. They asked to have our architect join us in a discussion for our addition, and together we all came up with the best plan. J&M's team went to work, beat the deadline, stayed within budget (even with a few little extras added in), and did an amazing job. They also were so respectful of our home, our yard, and the impact on our neighbors. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up the construction site and took the trash taken away - they treated our home as if it were theirs. Everyone on their team was all so polite and respectful. I would recommend them to everyone in Fairfield County.”

“After months of back and forth with architects and contractors, we decided to go ahead with Classic Connecticut Homes ("CCH"). CCH stood out as the one who really listened to our needs and ideas and made every effort to accommodate these in the way that made the most sense for our property -- financially, aesthetically and from a use and enjoyment perspective. And we couldn't be happier. The work included enlarging/redoing our kitchen and main floor laundry room, adding a mudroom, a breakfast room, and an exercise room. We also added beautiful backyard stone patios. Throughout all these renovations, time was taken to continually gauge our level of satisfaction with the project and make necessary modifications. As with most home renovations, the project took longer than anticipated to complete. But since so much thought was put into each aspect of the project, any delays were worth it. And CCH's attention to detail is, we're sure, unequaled. As stated earlier, we could not be happier with the end product.”

“John was our GC for a complete kitchen remodeling and an addition to allow easier access to the basement. Our house was built in 1906 and provided many challenges as we removed walls, relocated stair cases and updated the electrical, HVAC, added a wet bar and all new cabinets and appliances, John's team were very competent and professional and did a wonderful job in all aspects of the project. Even when we were made major changes during the project (added new windows and a pantry, expanded the opening to the foyer and moving several steam radiators) John was able to keep us on schedule and as close to budget as possible. He and his team did a great job. I recommend him to anyone wanting a truly professional job of the highest quality. I've hired him to help with my next project.”

“We underwent a small renovation (a new master bath, refreshing a kitchen with new tile, residing our house and painting it inside and out, expanding a staircase) and we were treated as if we were building a brand new, multi-million dollar house. Everyone at Wright Brothers, from the project supervisor (Erno Bacso) to the contractors and the tradesmen were so professional and the work they performed was perfect.”
