“The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“4G took our wooded lot and made it into more than we ever expected! After moving into the Mooresville, NC area and trying to find that "perfect house" we were at a loss. It wasn't until buying a lot in Falls Cove and meeting with Sam Gandy that we started to think that finally we may have found our answer! We moved into our new home on April 11, 2014 and finally we have our "perfect house". 4G is extremely professional but also make you feel like part of their extended family. They never leave questions or concerns unanswered. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was happy with every phase of the construction. They made our part very simple it was in no way overwhelming and even let me send them pictures from Pintrest and other websites when I had ideas! Sam and or Quinton were on my job site daily to make sure the progression of my house was where it needed to be. I love my home and I am thankful everyday that I get to live here. I am 1000% happy that we were fortunate enough to get 4G to build our home. It was a fun experience getting to build this house and would always recommend them to any family or friend looking to build their "perfect house".”

“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. “Excellent job putting an addition on our unusual rustic house. They made it look like this part of the house has always been here. Communication with us was fantastic and they are flexible. THey do GREAT work. Chuck and David inspect each aspect to be sure it is up to their standards which are very high. THey have identified the best subcontractors for the work. Price is reasonable. They also have great eyes and ideas that improved our overall design and appearance. They work great with all the subcontractors and do a superb job coordinating all the work and getting it done in the correct sequence.”
