“I had initially commenced searching for a builder by going to all the 'big' known builders and became so disillusioned with how they reacted to my list of requirements that I soon realised that I needed to find a small niche builder who can cater for my specific needs. This would be my 3rd home so I already knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I found the perfect builder in Create Homes. In fact I ended up forfeiting my initial deposit I had already paid to another builder so I could then commit and sign a contract with Create Homes. I found them highly professional in everything they did. They communicated with me constantly and I had access to the builder Matt who is a wonderful person to work with. Matt and I spent many hours going over all the detail to ensure that they built the home to my specification. Matt's knowledge of building is extremely high which gave me assurance that Create Homes would build me a strong sturdy home to last for many years. The quality and workmanship was extremely high as I was an extremely fussy owner therefore my expectations were very high- I was not disappointed as I was very happy with the final completion of my home. Matt had a good control over deadlines and the home progressed at an extraordinary speed such that it was finished within 19 weeks. Create homes did not sacrifice quality but rather it was their attention to detail in ensuring that supply of materials,goods, tradesmen all occurred in a timely manner and therefore no time was wasted. In the end the 19 weeks build saved me money in that I was able to shift from the rental property into my home very quickly. I appreciated having the ability to communicate with the builder and the other Directors which meant that decisions could be made quickly. Would I build with this builder again 'Definitely".
