“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“I hired PRM Custom Builders (Paul Mooney) to completely finish a huge basement in a home I recently moved into. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of the project, as well as they way it was handled from start to finish. Paul is an honest, hard working Builder/Contractor that follows through on everything he tells you and responds to you promptly if you have questions or concerns. He can take your general ideas, add his extensive knowledge, vision and expertise, and bring a project to life. His quality of workmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and he has surrounded him self with some of the best Subs around. I recently had a very knowledgeable designer who stopped by my home tell me that his work was some of the best they had seen in a long time and immediately wanted to get info on who did the work. They were talking about how they really didn't have a contractor that stood out to them for quality of workmanship, as well as being able to deliver in a timely, professional manner.
