“Scott and Amy built my dream chicken coop. A seriously delux chicken coop. They listened to what I wanted and needed and included it in the design and build. They were communicative through out the entire build and answered any and all questions we had. They are an excellent team!”

“J & R Construction just finished a second project for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. When I agreed to have them do the work, I was scheduled quickly and the work was completed perfectly. Rafael always kept me informed about the work, and any changes he encountered. He returned calls immediately and was on-site, and working when he said he would be there. He was professional when he worked with my neighbor, he left my neighbor’s property in the condition or better than he found it. Every day after completing the work day, my property was cleaned and his equipment was neatly stored in my backyard. Scope of project: Remove black rock and install 73 sq. feet of pavers in the area where the rocks had been located. I would recommend J & R Construction without hesitation.”

“I found John Runyun from a realator's recommendation. He showed me a few of the houses he built and we agreed on an ICF construction home. He is a quality person and does quality work. I love the home he built and enjoy the savings on my house. He has a hard working crew and they went above and beyond just building my home and come up with gray ideas regarding my house and property. You will not regret having him build your home.”

“Daniel J. Olson Construction remodeled our sunroom. They removed three large skylights, restructured the roof, insulated the sunroom, and reconstructed the inside. I found Daniel and his team to be very easy to work with, honest, and provided accurate estimates. The workers were wonderful and clean. They acted like they were guests in our home and always made sure they did not inconvenience us with the noise level. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Daniel.”

“Eddie (Sensitive Information Hidden) came into my life when I was at very low point. My husband of 50 years had died suddenly just as we moved from VA into a 40+ year-old condo in Edmonds WA. He started hanging ceiling fans for me before becoming absolutely essential to my “life”! He can fix and build anything with the highest quality anyone could want. He renovated my two bathrooms and a multitude of other projects large and small. He is an extremely honest person who can be given a key when you’re out of town to work on your projects without supervision. Can’t endorse Eddie (Sensitive Information Hidden) any higher!!”

“Kyle (and his team) were very conscientious, responsive and overall had excellent subs that performed the work. We are extremely happy with our house and the quality of work that was done. While there were a few instances where we wished Kyle had given us his advice/recommendation on some of the design details, we also understand why he didn’t want to over influence our decisions. We spent a lot of time researching a contractor to use and read/heard of many horror stories/ bad experiences that others went through. We are happy to say that none of that occurred with Kyle and we highly recommend him as a contractor.”
