“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. “Excellent Company, Jodi and Rich were great to work with. We had a full kitchen remodel everything was top notch. Demo, installation of appliances, cabinets, tile and painting. The whole project went smoothly and they finished on time. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. I love my new kitchen!”

“I have had PLF work on a variety of projects. They did the kitchen in my tenant's house as well as the entire floors of the house where I am currently living. Pascual and Andrea are a joy to work with. They are very hard working, detail oriented, and are always available for any questions. They have a great work ethic and are also just very pleasant people. I have always been impressed that they leave the worksite better than they found it. Even during the jobs that they are doing they make sure that the area is clean and in order. I have never had any problems with the work that they do in fact quite the opposite. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“Darwin is a skilled, thoughtful contractor who prioritizes doing the the job right. He put a two room addition with a screen porch on our cabin in July 2015, cedar siding in October, and built a 12x16 cedar shed in March 2016. During the addition build, Darwin expressed concern about potential ice/water issues given the pitch of the new roof we had designed. He drew out alternative plans and offered to do the extra work without charge, because he wanted the final product to be well constructed. It turned out amazing and definitely exceeded expectations. His experience and capability were a huge asset on this project. Additionally, he finished the job ahead of schedule and was just a nice guy about everything. We hired him again last fall to put up new cedar siding, and it turned out beautifully. This March, he built our garage/shed. To our surprise, he hand crafted fantastic cedar herringbone doors for us, because he wanted the project to have a special look to match the cabin. The doors are almost too lovely for an outbuilding, and demonstrate Darwin's outstanding design capability and work ethic. He has consistently gone above and beyond on every job, and his workmanship is phenomenal. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.”
