During the session, he didn't just give an estimate, he also provided, the steps of the project. Who I needed to contact before any work was started. He managed the work and workers (electrician, plumber, cabinetmakers, flooring, tiles etc) very proficiently. There was no nasty aggro swearing speech. Any issues, they were promptly dealt with. As I learnt about renovations, there can be hold ups. Tim work around all the holdups with materials etc. When all work was finally completed. My complete renovations were perfect. I personally would recommend Tim Kowitz to do any building project.”
