“As a commercial construction builder, I knew I needed a builder I could trust, who would treat me fairly and would allow me to be a part of the process. Michael Caraviello was just that partner. When my house plans were finished, I went out to three different contractors to get pricing. All the bids were within 10% of each other and Michael was not the lowest. But, after two hours of going over the estimate, it was clear to me that Michael understood the drawings and most importantly what we wanted. From the initial estimate meeting to the conclusion of the final punchlist item, Michael was there for me when I needed him every step of the way. Our home was finished on time and on budget. Moreover, we were able to make changes to various details of our home because Michael was completely transparent explaining our options and the potential cost implications. Michael answered my questions, no matter how simple and how many times I needed to ask the same one over again. My wife especially appreciated his attention to detail and how patient he was as we thought through some decisions. He also had great design and finish suggestions which resulted in the final house exceeding our expectations. Michael thought through details long before the phase that they were needed. He was able to identify potential issues with the construction of the home well before we even started construction, helping us to avoid potential cost overruns. It was clear from the beginning that he had a vision for the house. I am extremely pleased with the house that Verdant Properties built and would highly recommend them!”

“I was unexpectedly faced with a significant construction project as a result of wear and tear and water damage. the entire front porchway and second floor deck as well as a retaining wall needed immediate work. I contacted Mr. LaPuma who came out and assessed the situation. He gave me a true estimate that was financially competitive and accurate as to time. He was true to his word and started the job, after full permitting, on the day he had proposed and finished the job within one day of his original projection. it is rare to find a true professional in the construction trades --- Dream Builderz and Mr. LaPuma are such professionals. Reliable, quality work done with precision and pride.”

They are very hard working, care about the craftsmanship and were very good to work with personally. I couldn't be happier with how the project came out. Tiago is very thorough and was very fair with the many add-ons to the project. The team pushed really hard to get us in the house on time, which was huge and we are truly grateful. “Taylec has done two large remodeling projects on our house. The first project was a large 2 car garage with family room above it and a small entryway in the front of the house. The second project was a full remodel of our kitchen that also involved moving the location of our stairs down to the basement. Doing large remodeling projects can be very stressful. Luckily, Roman was a great communicator throughout the projects and always willing to answer our call whenever we had questions. He also provided guidance throughout the construction to make sure we got the best quality within our budget. I could not be happier with Taylec and would recommend them for any project you have in mind.”

“Kitchen remodel and 2 Bathroom remodels I had the pleasure of working with Matriarch Construction to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and they exceeded our expectations. "Received daily emails regarding progress and/or upcoming information/meetings. Quick response/resolution to any concerns/changes requested. Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Which is a huge comfort for a family having work done in their home - especially with young kids. Great follow through with open items at the end of the job. Did not have any issues getting them to come back to finish even the smallest items. Outstanding service. Thank you Matriarch!”
