“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

I hired Dan a year ago to demo and remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms at my condo. “We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.”

“Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . “After interviewing three custom home builders and having had the experience of previously building a custom home in Hobe Sound, FL in 2001, we selected John Cherveny of Homes by JMC. His knowledge of construction and his ability to not only listen to our needs and desires, but to take the time to communicate endlessly with us offering opinions and advice made our selection quite easy. As the construction proceeded, we noticed that his people were not only very professional, but knew exactly what was expected of them when John arrived on our jobsite on almost a daily basis. Several times, he had his crew redo something that was not accomplished in the exact way he wanted it done. A few changes that we desired, were accomplished without question and completed very rapidly. John's outstanding ability to communicate with us was phenomenal and he was never too busy to answer our questions and offer his personal advice. If I ever have the need to construct another structure, either residential or commercial, I would not hesitate to have Homes by JMC do the project.”
