“I bought a short sale house and had Blackbirdz, LLC give me an estimate. Their estimate was very detailed and very competitive so I hired them. The house was in terrible condition and they did an outstanding job on everything they did. Since this house was bought as an investment, they made suggestions as to many items they felt would make it more attractive to sell. Since then we have used them to do several thousand dollars worth of work on my personal residence. I have recommended them to several of our friends.”

“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“I bought my home not too long ago and decided to renovate our three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. I wanted an aesthetic and modern touch. I was really happy with One Horizon LLC’s work as they paid particular attention to all the details I had mentioned to them. They managed to keep the property clean after their daily jobs, and I was impressed with their ideas as they contributed to the look and feel I wanted for my family and I. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. “I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”

“We wanted a new composite deck for our back yard and John, of AIM construction, knocked our project out of the park!! His level of courtesy and professionalism are second to none. We explained to him our vision, budget, and concerns regarding permits and having to factor in pandemic supply constraints. He took his time and was meticulous about inspecting, measuring, and explaining all of our options. His estimate was priced very competitively. He secured all the required permits and scheduled necessary inspections in compliance with township codes. His project and time management skills are impeccable - as well as his crew being very detail-oriented, knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. The completed deck is outstanding and done to our utmost satisfaction, coming in on budget without cutting corners or reducing quality. We strongly recommend John, of AIM Construction, to anyone who values excellent service and precision craftsmanship.”

“Anthony James Construction did a fantastic job on a recent renovation/addition to our home. We were impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail that Anthony and his team brought to our project. What we feared would be a stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable one. Though we had a vision of what we hoped our home would be, it was Anthony's suggestions that truly made a difference. He turned our "tired" house into a beautiful home that we hope to enjoy for many years. All members of the Anthony James team were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We were kept informed about every step of the project. Our budget was respected, and the project was completed sooner than we had expected. Their attention to detail was amazing. They frequently saw things that we had missed, made suggestions, and made necessary changes. Anthony James Construction did an outstanding job for us. “This was our second time working with the amazing team of contractors, project managers and designers at Prominent. They had previously done a spectacular job refinishing our basement (beams, bedroom, bathroom, storage, Martha Stewart mudroom, you name it). We were expecting twins and the need to expand our house was imminent. Our house is a hundred year old arts & crafts house so maintaining the integrity was essential. And being on schedule! We renovated our kitchen into a kitchen/great room area which therefore doubled our master bedroom and master bath located above. In addition, we created a bar room space where our former EIK was located and renovated our powder room. Lastly, we finished our third floor to be a guest suite with the most incredible bathroom ever. In addition, we added a new deck with under decking materials and had to rebuild stone walls-- I had no idea just how gorgeous this could be. A deck is not just a deck. The end result is nothing short of spectacular, extremely tasteful and maintained Arts & Crafts integrity although my husband and I were adamant that although we liked the linear style and functionality of A&C, we did not like the "darkness." Prominent stayed within our budget unless my husband and I personally strayed afar. They advised us when aesthetically we could all make a better choice. They were available 24/7, literally and if we had even the smallest emergencies, someone from Prominent was in our home immediately. I also love that Promiment Design factors into every project. Having Traci to literally help us with the tile work, cabinetry, paint colors, furniture layouts, the babies' nursery was such a wonderful finishing touch. Our home would not be the same otherwise. I am really not being overly sensationalistic here. We have truly had an amazing experience working with Prominent and having to live out the end of my pregnancy in my basement, and the first two months with twins, 2 big dogs, baby nurse and so forth down there, they did everything possible to expedite and keep us very comfortable.”

“We hired Mahseri Home Improvement to renovate our downstairs kitchen, bath and family room. We could not be happier with the finished results. Not only is Moe extremely knowledgeable he was a complete pleasure to work with. From the start he was honest about the timeline, costs, expectations, etc. - we never felt blindsided or surprised along the process. Throughout the renovation, he was in constant communication and explained the work he was doing and reasoning behind the choices he made. He included us the entire time; we felt part of the project. Renovations can be extremely stressful; however Moe and his team made the journey fun and exciting. We look forward to working with them again!”
