From the first meeting to our last, Tyler and Scott provided wonderful services. From Scott's gift with design to Tyler's natural talent with color and everything that looks great, we were more than pleased. All permits and inspections were done by them which made for a smooth process. The father and son team took a great interest in the project from the start as was evident in deciding the perfect placement of the building. “Justin Perry is an AWESOME general contractor to work with! No exceptions or reservations. I cannot imaging a better person to work with for a remodel or restoration project. Our experience in working with Justin was positive, professional, and collaborative...AND the project was completed on time and close to the projected budget! Justin was recommended to us by our designer, Deb Randall. We were interested in weighing options for remodeling our existing home vs building a new home. In the end, with patient and knowledgable guidance from Justin and Deb we decided to invest in the remodel. The project included repurposing space in the basement to create a mud room/studio, a complete first floor remodel (including a new kitchen), the addition of support beams to replace support walls, new front porch with portico, and adding central air and additional heating. Justin did an amazing job coordinating sub-contractors for tile work, hardwood, AC, gas fireplace, plumbing, electrical, etc. All the subs were just as professional as Justin. They were careful to clean up each day and were attentive to the fact we chose to remain in our house throughout the construction. Most importantly, the quality of work was outstanding! I have dreamed about this project for many years, so it was important to me that it be done right. Considering the scale of the project, I was astonished that we got to the final punch list with only two very minor items to be addressed-and they were taken care of in a timely manor and without hassle. This is because Justin was so diligent about the sub-contractors he hired, and his careful monitoring of their work, that most issue (always minor) were taken care of immediately, The craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional! Both Deb and Justin offered great ideas to help us meet our goals and to work within our budget. The design process was very beneficial in helping us hone in on the elements that were most important to us without getting too trendy or over the top. They were honest, communicative, and most of all we truly felt they were looking out for our best interest. Justing even met with us on Saturdays and Sundays (because it fit our schedules) to discuss updates and decisions as the project progressed. Although, I am pretty sure we won't be in the market for a remodel project for a long time, I would not hesitate for a second in hiring Justin again. He and his team (including Deb) were truly a delight to work with. It almost felt like we were losing a friend when the project was complete!”

“We hired Hunter Homes to take an existing 2-bay garage and create a game room downstairs and a master suite upstairs. These new rooms joined with the oldest portion of my home (1750s) so blending the two was difficult, but Brad handled it perfectly and it looks new but also like it has been there for a long, long time. In addition to being a clean and courteous group of workers, the Hunter Homes team did a masterful job on the trim and fine carpentry – some of the best I have ever seen. Brad also offered up many of his own ideas that improved on the architect’s plans. We were very happy with the final outcome, and would hire them again for any size project.”
