Duayne and his team were fabulous to work with on every aspect of building our house. They all showed a breadth of knowledge that they willingly shared regarding any areas that they felt could be improved upon. Duayne and Camille's levels of professionalism and communication abilities were outstanding. The high standard of their work is evident in the completed finishes of our home. They made building a new house a totally enjoyable experience and I would use D Pearce Constructions again without hesitation.

Heeding the recommendation of our architect John Cunningham, to go with Duayne was the best decision we made in building our home. The home presented many challenges for John and Duayne but no aspect of the construction of our home was insurmountable for them. Duayne is a perfectionist in the positive sense. His attention to detail is second to none and his ability to provide constructive solutions often better than the original design made the project effortless for us. Duayne was proactive and communicated with us throughout the construction. We had regular helpful meetings on site with Duayne and his team. We can offer many superlatives for Duayne and his team, to use one Duayne was simply magnificent. Duayne has hand picked a team of master craftsmen and suppliers who are all very talented and became part of our family during the construction of the home. Duayne’s team in his office were also great and kept the project running smoothly. It is a well oiled team. Their contribution to our home is evident. 12 months down the track since completion of the home and we are more than happy with the home that Duayne and his team built for us. The only negative aspect of the project was that it had to come to an end. We miss the time spent with Duayne and his team and we enjoy catching up with Duayne who checks in from time to time to ensure there are no issues with our home. The accolades Duayne and his team have received for our home are the icing on the cake, a credit to them and well deserved. We are proud of the home Duayne and his team have built for us, simply it is well beyond our expectations. Duayne and John delivered a home that met all of our initial requirements plus more. Whilst we have no intention to leave our home if we were ever to build a home again we will not hesitate to work with Duayne again. There is simply no other option for us. D Pearce Constructions built our house from plans we had drawn up by our architect. During the building process we found Duayne and his team to be really cooperative to work with. The standard of building is very high and 14 months down the track we have have found no major faults. Two aspects of the building process stand out - firstly that there was no problem or challenge that Duayne could not find a solution to and secondly that the building team moved heaven and earth to ensure that our request to move into our home before Christmas was met. We love our home - thank you.
