Haimes Homes is a boutique building company offering customised houses. Luke the director certainly knows how to manage the build of a great quality home; and he certainly has a great team working along side him. The build was quick- once the plans were designed/drafted to suit my individual needs; paperwork was signed; I was move in within 3.5 months! Amazingly!! (Beating a friend whose build took 11 months for a similar SQM floor plan!!) I would highly recommend Haimes Homes they are professional, and Lukes calm disposition removes the stress of building as he goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. I would definitely build with this company again.

Haimes Homes built our beautiful home. It was nice to deal personally with the builder Luke, he made sure the build ran smoothly and we were satisfied with the end result. His calm nature and professionalism made it a pleasurable experience. Luke went out of his way to ensure the fittings and fixtures were not only great quality but were also aesthetically pleasing. Haimes homes have been a very professional and trustworthy company in every way through my experience of building with them, right from the planning stage through to the completion of the house. Luke and his team were excellent in all areas. They were very flexible and happy to go out of their way for any last minute requests I had without attaching a big surprise bill like the major builders do. Their attention to detail was second to none and anything below perfect was not good enough for them. Luke was recommended to me by a friend who had built with him before and he couldn't speak highly enough of him and assured me that I wouldn't be sorry if I chose to build with him. It's now 12 months down the track since my house was completed and I am certainly glad that I chose Haimes Homes and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody. Haimes Homes constructed our current property & we are extremely happy with the finished product, but more so, the exceptional service received from Luke. Our block of land was challenging to say the least - but this wasn't an issue for Luke. He is always happy to go the extra mile & nothing seemed too much trouble. It was great to be dealing with Luke direct - & we really felt the 'personal touch'. All he wanted was us to be happy. He made changes where necessary, always kept the budget in mind when doing so and takes a lot of pride in his work - which shows in the end result. Thanks Luke :)
