“It is with great pleasure that we provide this review of our builder Hall & Hart Homes. Building with Hall & Hart has given our family a beautiful home built to the highest standard. When we first walked into the display home at Marsden Park we knew this was the house for us. Our thoughts were complete after meeting with the sales team who went and inspected some of the blocks we were looking at purchasing. On finally settling on a block with a pretty aggressive slope to the rear and side Hall & Hart worked closely with us to get our design perfect. We settled on a custom build based mainly around the Chelsea with a lot of the Ascot features mixed in. Working with the interior design team was nothing short of amazing. Carly knew exactly what we were after and worked tirelessly to help source the inclusions and the look we were after. We were given different options to choose from to help keep within our budget. The final costs of our new home were transparent all the way through and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. The build itself was a fantastic experience and stress free through out and this was all down to our Site Supervisor. Mick is a supervisor with extremely high standards and work ethics we believe that this high standard is evident throughout our home. His communication with us all the way through was flawless and answered all our questions and concerns. We felt as if it was his own house at times because he was so invested in the build and made sure we were 100% happy with everything. There is quiet a lot of detail in our home and the quality of the trades that Mick has associated himself with are awesome. From the parquetry flooring , wainscoting to the exterior mouldings everything has been done with the highest attention to detail. We feel that the whole experience with Hall & Hart was something that we will always remember with high regard and we are so glad that we made the decision to build with such a quality company.”

“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“Nexgen Constructions built our home in Roseville Chase, working jointly with our architect as the build was on a sloping site.They also helped with the design and features that we had not thought about and put a lot of effort into helping design our backyard and garden. Ward Phillips, Director and master builder of Nexgen Constructions has the best guys working for him, they are polite, hard working and would go that extra mile if you asked them. Nexgen helps ease the stress of building a new home or renovation and I can highly recommend this amazing team.”

“Northwest Group built our federation style house to our specs, design and satisfaction. They also fixed several mistakes made by the architect we hired (not part of Northwest Group) during the design phase. Unfortunately we asked the architect to design the house without consulting at the same time with the builder and so he had to fix the issues during the building phase. The company manager, Lui, was very professional and thorough. He was very courteous and always available to discuss issues and suggest ways to improve the design and the construction. We have now the most beautiful house in Rockdale thanks to his company! Highly recommend Northwest Construction Group.”

I was totally reassured by Suncity Homes as they have an excellent reputation and promised us that they could build what we wanted within our budget. Everyone is easy to work with and they took care of everything including finding an architect and commissioning plans which saved time and money. The whole process was relatively easy.
