“Chloe helped my husband and I style our house for sale. She was available for the initial consultation very quickly and had some easy and affordable ideas to increase our sale price! Our agent was so impressed with the new styling and credited it with the extra $18,000 we made over asking price. Chloe was able to come over and personally style the house before the opens and was available for video conversations for questions. I would highly recommend Adry Designs for all your styling needs - I can’t wait for her to style my new house!”

“Gillian is a very approachable designer who really takes the time to learn what your style likes and dislikes are. She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

“I first hired Joanne at Billyhoo to help me plan how to use the space in my lounge dining kitchen areas for a full renovation of my townhouse. She listened to all my ideas and concerns and came up with an excellent plan, the design theme and the colour scheme. I was so relieved to find someone who listened and was respectful of my ideas. She then developed a kitchen plan - see the photo. I love my new kitchen. It has transformed my living space. Joanne is now helping me plan a new bathroom and laundry sympathetic to the kitchen. What I appreciate most is her ability to draw out my ideas and put them into a concrete design, that I can contact her with issues along the way and that she came with me to choose some products eg the beautiful tiles in my kitchen splashback. My friends are so impressed with my renovations and how she helped me use the limited space in a townhouse. Thanks.”

“Josie from JMP Design went above and beyond for us. She organised all things from reviewing our reno plans to ensure we were getting the best use of our new space, provided a clear vision board for colour scheme, materials, design, products and styling, liaised with our builder and trades to ensure the design concept was as per schedule and provided quotes and ordering of all materials. Honestly our reno would not have turned out as well as it did if we hadn't engaged Josie. She ended up saving us money and achieved the style of the house we wanted. Thank you so much Josie!!!”

“We had the pleasure of using carolinerosedesign for a full refurbishment of our rental property in Beaconsfield, Sydney. Our terrace had been rented for 6 years by one family and was in need of significant help to bring it up to standard. Caroline engaged enthusiastically with us from the first appraisal and quote for work, then project managed the entire renovation. Caroline's guidance regarding product choices, in particular colour schemes, kitchen and bathroom hardware, carpets and window furnishings was a great help to us, taking the away the pain of sifting through hundreds of possibilities and making the process so much more efficient and enjoyable. She managed all the tradespeople and kept them to time and budget. Our job included repainting, carpeting and refurbishment of 3 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen/dining. She organised new landscaping for the outdoors. Over and above her efficient and practical help, the end result was simply amazing. We wanted to move back! Thank you Caroline for your hard work and excellent result, we would recommend you every time.”

“We engaged Lesley from Hamlyn & Co to help us with a number of different areas in our home including a bathroom, entry and outdoor area. Incorporating existing furniture pieces, she came up with a style and design solutions to meet the needs of our family and lifestyle. As a mum, Lesley understood the importance of storage and designed and produced beautiful custom joinery for our living and entry as well as sourcing additional items from her many suppliers. The whole process was easy and stress free. We’d highly recommend Hamlyn & Co and look forward to working with them on other areas of our home in the future.”
