“I initially found Chloe through her instagram account @boxwoodavenue. I could tell right away from her photos that she has impeccable taste and would be exactly who I needed to help bring my vision to life. She has helped me with several areas of my home including complete remodels of my kitchen and second bath and I am so thrilled with how they have turned out. She has also helped me with smaller jobs like design and furniture choices in my family room and office areas which have also turned out so beautifully. I love how she presents her designs which include 3-d renderings that make it easier to see how things will look when they are done. I wanted to be involved in the design process and she was so great about including me. When choosing finishes like faucets, tile, furniture, etc. she gave me a choice of 3 different options that would all work beautifully and then I could choose the one that I loved the most. She was so great at sourcing materials for me and even helped me get a quartz slab for the kitchen that I had fallen in love with, but that wasn't available locally. I would absolutely hire Chloe in the future for any of my design needs and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. People constantly remark about how beautiful our house is when they visit and I know its thanks to her!”

“Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”

“I hired Talie Jane to recommend and build a plan to upgrade a luxury condo unit that was 9 years old. The thoughtfulness put into the plan was exceptional. The firm made suggestions utilizing some existing items as I requested and incorporated them with brilliant new changes resulting in a perfect meld of old and new. Additionally the firm dealt wonderfully with the spacial limitations of a high rise condo utilizing the existing space in ways I never thought about. Hiring them resulted in a much more enjoyable, functional and comfortable space that fit my budget and needs.”

“I would totally recommend using Alejandra Bernardez. She listened to what I like, then took the vision way beyond what I could have imagined. The glass cloth wall paper, custom designed headboard, and cozy reupholstered couch upped the quality. This room strikes a perfect balance. I will never have to redo this room. It is timeless. “Although it wasn't our first home purchase, and we had some experience renovating before, when we bought a large old historic home in need of serious renovations, we were overwhelmed! The project included a master bathroom, girls bath, powder room and kitchen. We hired Alison as our designer and never looked back. This was our first time using a professional designer and we were so happy that we did. It was just such a joy working with Alison, and thats when we realized how important it is not only to find someone that could really bring your vision/style into reality, but also someone that you enjoy working with and that made the process easy, fun and approachable. She helped guide us through the process, gave us great ideas, really listened to what we wanted/were looking for, and ultimately got us to a final result that we loved. We highly recommend Alison as a designer and would hire her again in the future.”
