“I got to know JY through a friend's recommendation. He is straight to the point and is able to deliver what has been communicated. During our meet up with the other IDs, all they did was throw some of the packages to us but it was different with JY. He sold us off with his explanation and how he can help us to have a house of our own. He is not pushy and finds out our preferences and ideas before coming out with the design, and he totally nailed it with her his proposal! During the renovation, he always keeps us updated through calls, Whatsapp and photos. My working experience with him was excellent. He also ensured that everything that needed to be fixed was done up properly before I moved into the house. His sense of responsibility meant that I didn't have to worry about my renovation. It was totally a stress-free renovation experience and we are very happy with our home!”

Whatever that we requested all also get it done to us, and also i do not have any worry as i leave my whole house in his hand which is design and reno. David is the 1 incharge of my reno and i can see that he put in full heart to get my house done in the way we want... Most importantly the price is reasonable!!!”

“We engaged Fifth Avenue Interior to take charge of the entire process of our home renovation. As this was our very first property, after much consideration and research, we decided to place trust in them and it was truly the best decision made! Our designer managed to meet all of our expectations ( to be honest, despite it being pretty challenging ). The time management was awesome and most importantly, we were always updated of the progression of the renovation, needless to say, the quality of work was close to perfect! Although there were definitely hiccups along the way, he managed to solve those issues and giving us a peace of mind! Thank you Fifth for giving us such a great experience! During my search for renovation contractors, Wan Xin was the only one able to impress me with her attention to details, proposals, and quick response. Even after securing the contracts, she continued to be attentive and quick to respond, and she moved the renovation along as fast as the procedure could take. “We hired Silver Dwelling for styling of our formal areas like entryway, dining and living room. Styling in the foyer is so stunning that our neighbours wanted to take a peek inside our unit. It is exactly what an entryway should be. Two of the items suggested--the round mirror and dining chairs, were extremely gorgeous. This caused me sleepless nights convincing my practical side that these are worth the spend. Upon seeing them setup on the makeover day, I couldn't help but smile and say "I told you so". The flamboyant side won. Fizza is really skilful and truly transformed our home, will surely work with her in future as well.”
