“Rodney from The Cabinet House helped design, build and install cabinetry for my TV room, walk-in wardrobe and laundry. He was extremely helpful in the design process, asking knowledgable questions to clarify he understood my brief correctly. The quotes were extremely reasonable and the final cabinetry quality was fantastic. It's a pleasure to 'show off' my beautiful rooms to friends who all comment on the impressive workmanship (no mean feat in an old house with challenging walls to contend with). I particularly appreciated having someone I felt I could trust working with me and coming into my home. I also appreciated the speed with which he responded to emails during the process! “We hired Renovation Angel to assist in our renovation including the design of our new kitchen. Monica listened to our thoughts and requirements and put together a fantastic concept resulting in a beautiful 'wow factor' kitchen. In addition Renovation Angel assisted us with our bathroom design, colour choices, tiles and lighting. “Carole is the principal of Carole Tretheway Design and has 27 years experience in the design field, on the Sunshine Coast, where she opened her design studio three years ago, and nationally. Her qualifications include a Masters degree in Furniture and Timber Design I have worked with Carole on two major re-design projects in my home. One of Carole's strengths is her diligence in communication when the client is not on-site - she was constantly updating and discussing the project with me - this was very valuable in assuring me that the project was under competent control. I was able to leave several design decisions in her hands, with confidence. As we were unable to live in the house while renovations were ongoing, and were in fact overseas for that time, this was a great asset. Another of her strengths is the network of professionals she has built - she gets the best out of them, or she doesn't use them. Carole has been a continuing source of backup and information long after the project finished and has rectified some minor problems promptly. I love to drop into her lovely studio and check out her latest fabric and furniture finds.”
