“Hands down the best tradesmen we dealt with on our Kitchen addition. Chip and Justin design and construct the most beautiful and reasonably priced cabinets in Connecticut. These guys should be the model of for others dealing with and providing the 'homeowner" with what they expect and pay for. Don't believe me, have them do your cabinets and report back if your not thrilled with the final product, we were!!! Best, JK (CT)”

They are neat, professional, courteous and caring people who took great pains to keep our house clean during the process and provide exemplary service. They built and installed our kitchen cabinets, our bathroom cabinets and bathtub panel in addition to crown molding. “Chuck took a probably colonial era table which had been stripped many years ago. He refinished it beautifully! There are several different kind of weed comprising the piece and I wanted him to keep the integrity of the different woods, not staining for uniformity! He did exactly that and my table glows as old wood should! Nancy T Maar”

“Ed Konopka of Edko Cabinets designed, and he and his team built, a series of custom kitchen cabinets that are beyond what we could have envisioned. The design phase was a series of meetings discussing thoughts and reviewing renderings. Refinements were made until we were satisfied that this was what we wanted. Throughout this process, Ed offered his advice based on his years of experience, ideas that we had not considered, suggestions to offer us greater versatility and ease of use, along with an easy going personality that made the process actually fun and a creative experience for us all (at least that is the way he made us feel). The tear out was done in a day and the installation in two. How measurements can be taken in my home and over 25 connecting cabinets and drawers built and then installed with less than an eighth of an inch to the end of a wall is amazing to us. Ed’s work is beautiful. The attention to detail, finishing, & crown molding (which he cut on site by eye without a calculator or other technical instrument in sight and his suggestions all look and more importantly work like a fine watch. As you might suspect, this review was a pleasure to write. I cannot suggest Ed Konopka and Edko Cabinets more strongly.”
