“Catriona was very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to our requirements carefully. She organised a site visit very promptly (about 100km or so from her home), and quickly sketched out a few ideas. A few days later, we had a scaled conceptual plan for our backyard that was exactly as we had pictured it. We are still in the process of completing our project, but Catriona's professional help is continuing to prove invaluable, and she is very responsive to our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Outscape to anyone needing help with outdoor projects.”

“Luke and his team at Sand & Stone Landscapes recently undertook a major garden renovation project for us including construction of a large deck and decorative sandstone walls, paving, fencing and planting across a steep and difficult site. I can’t imagine a better contractor – nothing is too much trouble, the team are the most polite and considerate guys you could find and their workmanship is incredible. The timber deck is a large one at around 60sqm and it has been built and finished impeccably – more like a piece of furniture than a deck. The craftsmanship and design of the decorate sandstone wall is fantastic and makes the wall a real feature of our garden. With a battle-axe block and shared driveway complicating the process, the team was most considerate of our neighbours. Overall, the team is very hardworking, reliable, honest and talented. I highly recommend them and we will be getting them back next time we have a landscaping project.”

They recently built a beautiful sandstone wall, paved our extra car parking spot and built a fabulous railway sleeper letterbox. The previous job was to establish above ground edible gardens and remodel the backyard. Both look great.”

“★★★★★ Be it a public place, or a private garden I would not hesitate consulting with Peta over your plans . My garden had become a total mess, because of health issues and lack of a sense of direction. Peta came and spent quite a deal of time with me in the garden. we went over what was there, what I liked, what we would like to retain and what our aims were in the garden. She thoroughly tested he soil and gave me solid advice on making the best of my soil. Also the use of the garden and the aspects of light and shade, were entered into . We spent time talking over just what we wanted from the garden, I needed a low maintenance garden because I am limited in what I can do. Plant selection was a mutual thing, with Peta incorporating some lovely options. The resultant garden is now progressing very well, requiring only minimal input from me - it is well mulched to minimize weeding . All gardens require a little weeding and maintenance pruning, but Peta's plant selection has all but wiped out pruning . I chose to plant less mature plants with an eye to a longer term garden and am so delighted with the results. The part of the whole project that impressed me most was the consultation process which led to a very pleasing and harmonious result. Sincerely Yvonne”
