“Colin and his firm Envision have now done two landscape design and build projects for us. It was an experience so different than other construction jobs we have endured. I never knew that native plants could have so much color and visual interest for so much of the year. His design and construction project for a duplex we own was even more creative as he took one plain backyard shared by two tenants a turned it into two separate peaceful low maintenance yards using clump bamboo and natives. “Our experience working with Joe and his crew has been wonderful from design to installation. Joe met with us, took our initial idea and created a yard that captures the modern aesthetic of our Eichler home. Without him, small but important details would have been missed like pebble strips in the driveway, the honed cement block walls, and the simple cut out for the front fountain. Each is a small or simple item, but those details help make the project. We loved the front yard plan so much, we also had him do our backyard. And it is just as spectacular. People drive by our house and stop to look at the yard. Joe made sure all our concerns were addressed from drainage to the color of flowers. We gave him our budget and he stayed within it while providing a phenomenal project. His construction crew were also great to work with. They showed up on time, they left the site clean each day and kept us up to date on any changes or delays.
