“Of all the remodeling projects and repairs I've done, this was by far the smoothest and least stressful. My husband and I both work long hours, have two year old twins and had a budget we needed to stick to. Scott accommodated to our schedule for design meetings and once the project started checked in daily to discuss every detail. Scott and the crew went above and beyond to make sure the quality of the work not only met our expectations, but gave us what we really wanted. We realized early on that our budget would not allow for all our wants, and we focused on a "first phase" but they truly outdid themselves. There was not a single moment in the project where I felt frustrated or worried, in addition to being completely happy with the outcome. We could not recommend Scott and his crew more. The four photos are two before and two after to show transformation. The pool was re-done just before yard work began.”

“Hi Glenn, I love your style of design. I find it very tranquil, sophisticated and well thought out. I love the multi-colored teal tiles. I used a glass multi-colored teal tile for my pool top border, the same tile will be a full wall backsplash in my open-air kitchen, here in my Costa Rican house, I will also tie it in on the back wall of my surf shower. “We hired this company to solve drainage problems and design an appealing landscape for outdoor entertaining. Landscape by Design was not the lowest bid we received, but they offered what has turned out to be a more permanent solution. John Scott listened to us and presented more than a temporary cosmetic fix. The engineering solution to our drainage problem exceeds any other solutions we were given by other contractors. The landscape design included the look and maintenance ease we hoped for and the stone work is beautiful. The landscapers that came out to actually do the work were led by a professional who took pride in making every detail perfect. Our concerns during the project were addressed quickly and the project was completed as quickly as weather allowed. We have been able to really enjoy our yard again and have not experienced any standing water even during the torrential downpours since the work was completed. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.”

The patios, gardens, and outdoor kitchen they built for me work like outdoor rooms that are every bit as comfortable as those inside our home. Our swimming pool looks not only brand new, but like a true reflection of our house. Our yard looks more fully defined, enlarged, and truly connected to our house for the first time ever.”

“Eric and his crews were terrific to work with. We had a complicated existing layout with a terraced back yard, a lower garden we inherited from the prior owner that ate up any potential play space for our 3 littles, decaying retaining walls, and a pool deck that needed a refresh. We were merely hoping to reclaim our yard, but ended up with what feels like an extra "outdoor room" and totally revitalized spaces that are modern, functional, and absolutely inspiring. Most importantly, Eric was exceedingly professional. When problems arose (as they inevitably will), Eric brought clear communication and, most importantly, multiple solutions to the table, and working through them was never an issue. He knows his stuff! Due to budget, we ended up splitting our project into a few phases, and we will not hesitate in the least to come back to Peola for the rest of our work.”
