I would highly recommend her, she is very well connected and had some great ideas. Nathaie's interior design skills were an added bonus when furnishing the inside of the house aswell.”

“Joumana Moore receives a five star review from us and it is thoroughly deserved. Joumana has provided us with a total service including planning, design, building expertise, contact to suppliers, project management and has also covered off all of the little painful jobs that go with a renovation. Joumana has always kept our budget requirements in the front of her mind and has given us every opportunity to make decisions based around our budget while also making sure we get the design we have always wanted with a high standard finish. Joumana has been very flexible where we have made changes and provided excellent advice about how to proceed and the relative cost of things. Joumana is assisted by an excellent team of professionals that help co-ordinate the renovation. Our build is on schedule and on budget and we are very grateful that Joumana has lead the project and made life so much easier for us. We still have our sanity, the build and finish we wanted and its on budget – we are very very happy with Joumana’s service and would highly recommend her to others taking on a renovation journey.”

“We are in the process of renovating our house and are extremely happy with the service that Luke and Mukesh have provided. We have a 1920's Californian Bungalow and are re-designing the downstairs and adding a modern 2nd-storey to the back part of the house. They have always been willing to listen to our suggestions and incorporated it into the design or came up with other ideas that we preferred! They are always quick to answer any questions we have and so easy to reach via phone or email. They are also willing to communicate with our builder and interior designer to get the best result for us. We highly recommend them if you want a great design whilst working with a professional team on your side.”

“Demis is an absolute pleasure to work with. Demis is helping us draw up our dream home, by way of an extension to our existing house and has been incredibly patient, diligent, responsive, organised, proactive and helpful. Demis is very passionate about his work, you can tell he loves what he does and this comes through in his work. Demis is always professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He often sends through suggestions or ideas with no prompting and is always happy to revisit or test how other options might work. He has assisted us a great deal in pulling together our plans for Council and meeting with them. We can’t fault Demis in terms of his commitment, responsiveness and the quality of service he has provided us so far and I look forward to one day completing our project with Demis’ help.”

“I can thoroughly recommend Danny Broe. Danny managed the renovation of my house in Enmore over the period September 2010 - February 2013. The result has been the transformation of a small, dark terrace into a thoughtfully designed home full of light and space. From our first meeting I felt confident that Danny would give me not just what I thought I wanted, but a house that would work in the long term, and one that I would be happy to live in for many years. When we talked about what could be done with the house I felt they were fresh ideas, not simply variations of work that he had done before. While a major renovation is incredibly stressful I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with a professional architect who knew how to translate my sometimes rather vague wants/needs into a three dimensional space that is lovely and very functional. Danny and his team took care of every aspect of the renovation - their attention to detail is amazing. His quotation for the scope of work clearly outlined his fees, what would be done and what could be expected at each stage of the project. He was very good at answering my many questions, his advice was well considered and he explained everything. In addition to the clear fee structure, Danny gave accurate cost estimations which greatly assisted my budgeting. He provided detailed plans and diagrams and the council application went through without problems. He also managed the tender process and selection of builder, as well as managing the contract during the build. “We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”
