I had Janik work through my very muddled ideas and provided multiple design concepts to peruse before I finally settled on a design that fitted my requirements and style. Janik was very understanding and continually made changes without hesitation until I was 100% satisfied. He had many tools to demonstrate ideas as well as a wide of selection of materials that helped me visualise the end product. He made a number of recommendations to make my house more sustainable, economical and better for resale. The final design provided detailed dimensions and helped with both the purchase of cabinetry and construction. As I was owner builder, Janik helped with every stage of the project from the initial site plan right through to organising engineers for construction drawings. “Following a year of intensive research and touring of display homes, designs and building products, I was recommended to Chris White through my New Home Building Broker. At the time I was overwhelmed at the sheer amount of information out there and unclear of the quality and value for money of the display homes I was viewing. We felt Seamus was confident & could tackle our challenging block, in which we requested a contemporary infill extension between existing house and garage. Seamus takes a very practical approach to the design process, blending architectural features that usually exceed your expectations. “We engaged Nathan Steele from Steelehouse Architecture to design a bathroom renovation in North Fremantle. We are very happy with the outcome. Nathan was very easy to work with and the final result is a testament to his design skills. His meticulous attention to detail is evident in the finished bathroom. Initially there were site complications associated with the sewage system and this prevented us from having our preferred design and layout. After our first meeting with John Damant we knew we had the perfect architect for our difficult and challenging project. John was able to take the ideas we had in our heads, create a design that included everything on our wish list and then added in his touch (the real WOW factor) which resulted in a beautiful home. From the beginning Jakub has made every effort to understand out requirements and reflect those in the drawings. Being able to sit with him while he made adjustments to our drawings directly in his program was a real advantage as we were able to see the effect the changes had in other areas of the house.
