Inspiring Landscape Solutions by Parveen Dhaliwal
Drought Tolerant Landscaping Services in Richmond, Victoria
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3August,2019
Parveen was professional, listened to the brief and was so easy to work with. She spent the time I needed on various ideas, road bumps and other, helped recommend products to consider and where to view, helped me purchase items for the landscaping project, and then was always availabie during the implementation part of the process, with gardeners she helped me employ. Parveen ultimately delivered the garden design I had hoped for, went over and above what others would have done and I would not hesitate to recommend Parveen. I could not have started or finished my project without Parveen and loved the quality and design of our garden. Thank you Parveen.

GHLD came referred and go highly recommended. We just recently built a house and had no idea of what to do with the landscaping. GHLD has come up with an amazing design for our growing family that we could have never thought of. As always with building, things change and Georgia has always available and able to come up with solutions immediately. Georgia is one of the friendliest and most delightful people we have engaged with and her level of professionalism, knowledge and abundance of ideas is second to none. The landscape design has transformed our living space and adults/kids alike couldn't be happier!!! We are just finishing up and will happily share pics in coming weeks!

Alan did our back courtyard and front yard recently. My husband and I are very happy with the outcome of the makeover. It has transformed from a messy place to a very lovely area that we want to spend more time outside now. The water feature Alan installed is very soothing and it really looks fantastic at night. What I am most impressed is our daughter's Bunny hutch that Alan has made! A custom made hutch for a much loved Bunny. I find Alan very good to deal with, he is professional and patient with my requirements, I think we work very well as we communicate regularly as he progresses with the project and we have lots of laughters! Alan is flexible and opened to my suggestions and changes, but not afraid to tell me if my suggestions do not work! I highly recommend Alan's services to anyone who is considering having their garden/backyard or landscaping done! Thumbs up! Thank you Alan.

For our home landscaping design Peachy Green was happy to brainstorm with us to come up with a design that we are comfortable with. Through the process they were not afraid to inspire/challenge us to different ideas but at the same time they listened to our needs and respected ur decision. We were fortunate to have their involvement!

My husband had been searching in the local papers for landscapers, and we’d had a few around to quote but had not been impressed. I had come across Houzz and decided to see if we could use it to find gardens that inspired us and see who created them. That’s how we found Ben Carter and we’re so glad we did. We were looking to re-landscape the front garden of our home in McKinnon. It came with a rose garden that had been run down by years of neglectful tenants. We wanted to start over completely. He was so excited that we wanted a native garden and understood that we were after something low maintenance. He got straight to work on a plan which was done within a day or two. The garden itself was completed within just a few weeks, and within our original budget (the low end of the indicated range). Ultimately we added to the plan: we needed a new driveway now, not later, and Ben helped us select the perfect exposed aggregate for it. We also decided that this was the time to set up a rainwater tank, and Ben advised us on size and a colour that ties in with the house and garden. We also realised we needed something to act as a screen outside our bedroom window and he sourced us a beautiful one, from Entanglements whose work I loved, on sale no less. He coordinated professionally with our plumber and identified an excellent tradie to lay the exposed aggregate driveway. And the result? The plants, trees, woodchips, pebbles and rocks he selected (in consultation) tie in with the bricks of our house and garden wall as well as the tree on the verge. We have a sitting area from which to admire the natural features, and to listen to the water in the frog pond he set up at our daughter’s request. In the end, we insisted that he display a sign so people would know who created our garden. We look forward to working with him again in the future. That’s the highest recommendation we can provide.
John French Landscape Design

The attention to detail and professionalism shown by John French Landscape Design exceeded all expectations. The vision created by Russell White to transform my seriously neglected, uninviting back garden, to a stunning, tranquil oasis of warmth and reflection was amazing. Denny and his co-workers were not only supportive in making Russell's plan a reality, but they were also willing to 'go the extra mile', completing unexpected details that only arose once landscaping began. I love every aspect of my new garden; my children particularly like the fire pit! The personable nature of everyone involved was fantastic, and I cannot recommend John White Landscaping highly enough. I am so pleased that I found such an inspirational group of professionals to make my dream garden a reality.

I was given a great opportunity to work with Adam Barker from dbs Landscape Architects on my high end custom knock-down rebuild. Adam was fantastic to deal with, his ideas and ability to design the landscaping for this project certainly met my high expectations. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for a very good landscape architect.
