“We appointed Clarke custom homes to build our home after a lengthy process of meeting various builders. We found Ron to be honest and flexible in his contracting strategy as it allowed us to undertake some of the simple finishing work ourselves as we were on a tight budget.
We found Ron to be open, honest and collaborative and provided professional advise and information that helped us expedite our loan approvals even prior to signing the contract with him. Ron also provided advice on the room layout design which made the house look even better than what our initial architecture drawings portrayed.
After signing the contract, the construction work was unbelievably fast, while maintaining excellent workmanship. All his trades were also very professional and courteous with us. Our home was finished on time and within the projected budget and the quality of work has exceeded our expectations.
