Sliding doors vs Bifold doors
Comments (26)I have a whole wall that I need to block off with some sort of door. I'm thinking that a bi-fold door would be awesome. However, my husband kind of wants a sliding door. I just think how cool it'd be to have a whole wall made up of a door that could easily be tucked away when needed. This would make outdoor barbecues a lot easier. It would sure save me from having to open the door every time. http://www.superiorwindows.com.au/content/Products/BifoldDoors.aspx...See MoreHelp to source Magnetic Door Latches (for doors, not for cupboards)

If not maybe this supplier could give you information about stockists of the product you are after. https://www.thebluespace.com.au/products/nidus-concealed-magnetic-catch-extra-heavy-duty?variant=39477428420723&currency=AUD&&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIgaPDno2G9wIV6oNLBR3HEQSsEAQYCyABEgKYp_D_BwE...See MoreAnyone install a rear roller door or double doors at back of garage?
Comments (8)swinging doors need a much bigger space to open and block access to side walls unless they open outwards (also harder to waterproof) and you remove the car...we have a rear 2.4m wide roller door without any intention of driving through to the rear garden (although occasional rear car access doesn't cause too much harm to the grass) but the wider opening is so much better for more light and easy access with a wheelbarrow or lawnmower and we have a 1.2m narrow concrete path across the outside rear of the garage to extend the total floor area which is ideal for working with table saw etc i suggest you cost the roller door with or without controller as the twin hinged door with suitable handles and locks may not be any cheaper and far less convenient...See MoreHow high to hang barn door/sliding door
Comments (3)I'm not a huge fan of the door. I'm thinking I'd prefer a timber door with glass panels of some description. Our two current couches are light grey but I'd like to replace them with a blue corner one in the near future. TV unit and bookshelf on the back wall are white. The walls in the room will be Dulux White Exchange Half and the skirting boards/trim will be Dulux Snowy Mountains Quarter. I'm unsure about having a medium-dark grey feature wall (either paint or textured wallpaper) for tv unit and tv to be wall mounted on - this is the wall to the left of the shelving in the image. Floorboards will be a bit lighter and more natural in tone - not as orangey as pictured....See Moremkclinco
