I assume this is the photo that you have referenced. I googled yellow subway tiles Australia, and came up with these. The website is showing yellow tile with dark grout, but I think it is a similar hand made yellow subway tile, as the one in the overseas photo with white grout.

I’d try Heatherly Design. They do custom bed heads and other things, which are similar to your picture.
