Hi cjones2011, It's a bit late, but do you have any photos of the finished result?

Unfortunately the door had to swing from that side due to light switches having to be a certain distance from water (shower). Plus I’d rather have the first view be of vanity and bath, rather than shower and toilet... Solution was to go for a hidden control arm (Glynn Johnson 410 series concealed overhead door stop) at the top of the door that bounces door back away from shower screen. Can’t see it when the door is shut. Plus didn’t interfere with water proofing/tiling.

check out any glass company that specialises in shower screens..phone around as it should be quite simple although be prepared for a good price and worthwhile to get a quote on a standard screen for the same space so that you have an idea of how much more you will need to pay for the arch

Um, why? Looks difficult to clean, difficult to access, and impossible to safely bath kids. I would avoid at all costs. No prospective real estate buyer ever said "I love the combined bath and shower arrangement" as they are generally universally hated, especially if there are toddlers, or elderly in the household . If you do go with this dangerous proposition then make sure you have plenty of well anchored grab rails so you don't knock your teeth out when your head hits the floor.
