Hi! I am sure you probably mean a 2 pac finish for your kitchen. I would suggest a 30% satin finish so not too glossy. Take a look at Dulux Domino - has been very popular as a great charcoal colour to use.

Take a door off and head to Bunnings. They'll colour match and tell you the closest paint colour.

I think non gloss given that the bottom cabinets look as if they have some shine. Just looking at the photo again, do they have any damage? If so it might be a good idea to replace the doors on these at the same time - if that happens you can even more options on colour scheme.
