Comments (4)Just be aware that if it is allowed to grow too vigorously, then it may damage the timber fence (especially if it starts going between the slats or grows heavily in top). Ideally, a freestanding trellis structure would be used as a climbing frame. However, if both you and neighbour enjoy the plants then you are unlikely to have dramas over who pays for maintenance....See MoreKitchen Design Options Help
Comments (7)Hi M A., Plan on the right looks too crowded and it has a dead useless corner. I much prefer the simple straight layout of the second. BUT do not put cooktop on the island it is too dangerous. I do not like the sink there either but I much prefer that to the hot cooking. It is very difficult to read your plans and cannot see dimensions, but I would suggest the store: pantry and 'frige together, cooking: ovens and cooktop together if possible and sink and DW of course. But more importantly ensure there is at least 1200 bench space beside appliances such at cook top. Please do not fall for the "OH but I want it centered" then you have two useless bits of bench! Make sure there is a close by put down place from the wall oven. I do hope this helps and if you repost with easier to read measurements, I'm sure this will be easier. Cheers, Margot...See MoreHelp me choose a floorplan option for an extention
Comments (2)the existing floor and roof over the covered deck may not be suitable to enclose a new room but the space should be enough for a master suite but swapping the dining and kitchen would make better use of the central area...bed 3 makes a better laundry/mudroom with some space to be added to expand the old bathroom and the lounge could be converted to an extra bedroom and/or small media room.. .....See MorePlease help me find a dining table - custom options too!
Comments (6)Thank you! I hadn't heard of Gainsville before - they have something that looks quite similar with the interesting angles. Only challenge is I live in Qld and they are in Vic. I will ask about shipping but it will surely be a bit costly! I had a look on Coco Republic yesterday. Really chasing the glass with minimalist legs and bringing in the timber. Anja was perfect lol....See Moreswampykerr
