I have bought everything from pen refills to rugs & multiple ebay purchases of 2nd hand curios.

Mostly now it is tickets for travel & accomodation, music events, movies etc but also travel insurance & even appointments can now be made online with some doctors & other professionals. Of course there is the odd pizza & I order wine online too direct from the cellar door.

Security is the issue with unknown sites so I'm very careful & use paypal when I can.

I buy tickets to events...book hotels..buy plane tickets ..pretty much it..whilst I was sourcing stuff for the house I bought render lol a Japanese lantern and rainchain..will go on again to see if can source stuff.

I like buying clothes / furniture in a store where I can touch..feel..try on etc not fan of online shopping unless I can't source it in Australia

The anticipation, putting up the decorations, wrapping presents, nothing like a stack of parcel under a decorated tree! As kids the big one was going to the local soft drink factory and selecting our mixed crate of drinks, we only soft drink at christmas and birthday parties!

What candle scent do you like most?

I love anything with a citrus and/or sandalwood (Dusk do some brilliant scents) - I avoid the sweeter flowery scent (rose, geranium are all avoided) and find most candles with vanilla are a bit too sweet for me. I prefer good quality essential oil scented soy candles from either artisan candle makers or Dusk. Did you know that aerosol room sprays - the kind a lot of people stash in bathrooms for "those times when needed" - have some pretty nasty chemicals in them - some are carcenogenic while others can provoke allergies and asthma and cause headaches and Eczema.

I'm not that keen on it. While I love traditional homes, this one doesn't relate to Australia at all. It's not our venacular and seems particularly American. Jacuzzi? I thought we all threw those away in the 80's?
