Unfortunately I can not answer that only being the photographer, but if you call John at Crew he may be able to pass the owner of the house number on to you to ask. But I can't be sure he would allow that i'm sorry.

These appear to be west elm circle cut out chairs. I don't think they in the online catalogue anymore, but I did a quick search and it looks like some sets are coming up for sale on other sites.
