I lined the side of my steps with these plants and had to dig them up because they invaded my flower bed and started pushing through the bricks i had bordered them with. How do I stop this?
The Liriope in this picture is a clumping type (muscari) and will not invade beds. You may have Liriope spicata. If so.... weed-wacking or close mowing will damage the crowns and slow the aggression.
