Re the asbestos thing (and don't take this as pro advice...cos I aint) but if it looks like, quacks like it then it MIGHT be it. I thought I had asbestos walls (cos everyone said "it might be asbestos"...similar to some kid who may have been Jake Gyllenall saying to Arnie "it might be a toomore"). My walls were not asbestos. However I did find out that you can remove a certain square meterage of asbestos (depending on state boundaries) without have expert (very expensive) assistance (check the state rules). If it "might be" then be careful. As you are tiling over (therefor not cutting, grinding, messing about with?) then stay cool and tile to your tile glue's content!

Samantha Hammer, very excited for you getting a new kitchen! I waited 14 years to finally get my new kitchen and am in love with it... the kitchen we had before didn’t function at all and was all brown with salmon pink benchtops and very enclosed and depressing! We knocked down a wall and totally redesigned the entire layout. (the first two kitchen places I had out to give me a quote totally mocked my design and told me I had to stick to the layout I had. The third place built the kitchen to exactly the plans and measurement that I drew up myself and I am so glad I stuck to my guns and persisted until I found a kitchen place that listened to me!) Now we have a kitchen that is bright and open and I love! Stick to your guns when it comes to your new kitchen and go with what you want and what you believe works best for you! :)

The bathtub is such a stunning accent, it much more sleek than before. Also loving the floor plan reconfiguration to a more open space. Well done!

Love large floor tiles and floor to ceiling tiles. Is feature wall the window wall ? I'd choose everything to harmonise with benchtop prob white wall save contrast feature and love taupe beige floor tiles and beige white and black combo Would black vanity suit your benchtop I love my laminate black gloss vanity with self close drawers and caroma opal basin (white porcelain) I also like wall and floor tiles same large size perhaps smaller in shower floor for non slip or "gritty" floor tiles eg lappato
