Ah, that is a fun wallpaper you've chosen. I'd do it all around the room. That will be more dramatic and unexpected. Since the room is so light, it can easily take it. It will be like sleeping in the woods. Without the bugs and bears. You're doing a lovely job on the distressed night stands. I do think it will be a good idea to paint the dresser in the same colour, as collettec suggested. I'd much rather see a more decorative ceiling light or pendant. And some nice lights beside the bed or above the bed?

My initial reaction is that it would not be a good idea, but then again it might entirely depend of the space really. Can you post photo of your room?
