@Neryl, you cracked me up when I read your post ha-ha @lakshmi17, All jokes aside, if you want to go to the trouble of having beautiful pendant lights and your ceiling is so high, get a professional!!! Save up if you have to but it's the best way to go in this case, you might be surprised that it's not as expensive as the cost of the lights you intend to have fitted. I paid over $130 for each of the three lights I have bought to have installed over my dining table and I'm darn sure my electrician won't be charging me $400 to install them!!!

It might be worth while to consider the rest of the space also. Your breakfast bar/kitchen is located quiet closely to your dining table so depending on your kitchen space (apologies, I can't see too much of your kitchen from the photo) you might want to think about the overall style you want to achieve for you entire open plan space, and select pendants that would work for both your kitchen and dining. This is a project I worked on recently that shows how two different types of pendants can work harmoniously in the one space that is most similar to your kitchen and dining set up. Keep us posted on what you decide!

A cluster pendant would look very nice with the bigger space you have, however, just be careful as it looks like you have a nice window light and you dont want to block out too much natural light, as natural light is the best for applying makeup, downlights tend to create shadows across the face making it hard to evenly apply makeup or grooming. Just something to keep in mind!

Hi there! Does anyone happen to know what this light is and where I could buy it - or something similar? It is to go in a hallway and mounted from a ceiling Rose - so the base can’t be too wide. Would appreciate any help. Thanks so much!
