Out of the 3, I like White Star. Does it seem to have a pale green to it? I hope so, it would be a fresh look. I would put a radius on the end of the peninsula, if there is room to pass. I'd hide the garbage can, get a new eye- catching faucet and larger sink. I know the dish towels are just drying, but I wouldn't cover up your nice stainless ovens. Perhaps relocate the wall phone to a small counter phone. A roman shade in a light cotton or linen,mounted right under the crown molding would look great and cover the solar shade. Declutter the countertops, limiting the items to a coffee maker and perhaps 2 other items. I think it will look like a new kitchen! Post pictures after, please!

Is this a recent kitchen installation? Could you ask cabinet maker to adjust the base units across to close the gaps up a bit more? Even if the splashback needs to be re caulked, better than trying to infil with stainless steel angles.

You can have a different colour benchtop on the island. Just make the surrounds noy too busy and understated so your island can be the star.

I think that would look great with floorboards in a classic walnut colour, that would definitely look great with the light cabinets. If you want an idea of how it might look with the end finishes, you can type this into google and they should be able to show you a few.
