Agree that papering both walls looks right in this room especially when curtains are selected, I would go with ivory sheers too. The mirror is a gorgeous feature but it seems to be in the wrong place in the room. A wider bedside table into the corner with lamps etc for height in the corner, mirror on opposite corner angled next to the dresser which could be moved to line up with the bed. Moving the bed over a bit more would give more space in front of the wardrobe. I have seen advice on placement of bedroom pillows (eg Sarah Richardson) that European pillow should sit in front of standard sleeping pillow with one or two smaller accent pillows. Looks very sumptuous and welcoming.

If you love the look, why not. Especially given wallpaper is non permanent. My concern would be the pattern could be distracting when you are watching tv... What type of brick look are you thinking of? The whitewashed look, distressed red brick? The wood wallpapers could bring in industrial look also. Something in the grey tones to tie in with your sheers perhaps? The mirrored wall certainly gives you a 'wow' factor and the floor is stunning. I wouldn't do a textured wall paper or metallic, I think you'd end up with too much going on in a small space. If anything I would perhaps paint the white wall in a very light grey to pick up the grout in the floor tiles.
