Have a talk to a consultant at REA Solar as part of your market research. Not sure if they service your location, but they do have some significant points of difference to the suppliers you listed. The first question they will likely ask is what are your goals for the installation.

From my very limited knowledge (which I haven't brushed up on for a while), LG Neons are very good. I didn't know Solarhart made panels, wonder if they're their own, or just rebranded.
