Lovely turquoise sofas, and your lounge has lots of natural light. What is the current wall colour? If you placed your sofas along both long walls, this would leave the window wall free for your view. Then you could have art on the walls behind sofas, or create a gallery wall of framed family photographs. A circular timber coffee table, or nest of tables, might work better in this scenario, with added benefit of no sharp corners for your little one.

If you move the sofa along the wall, not only would it give a more balanced look, more importantly it will be safer further away from the window. You don’t want the sofa to be a climbing aid to an open window (can’t see if your window has restricted opening or not), or the blind cord (although that does look like the cord is secured part way down the frame so there is not a large loop, which would be a strangulation hazard).
