Advice regarding using a lawn rotary hoe and the buried pipes

Hi

As you see in the attached photos I'm looking to hire a hoe rotary to turn hard soils to prepare garden beds or soils for new turf. The backyard was used for few years by the previous owner to garage his many cars therefore it is not suitable to host turf unless i deal with the hard soil.

Because this is my first house in Australia, I'm wondering if using the rotary hoe at a 175mm digging depth will damage pipes.

The house I'm renovating was built in 1`985 and the link to the rotary hoe I'm hiring is below:

Thanks in Advance

Use the online service “dial before you dig”. https://www.1100.com.au/
This will give all locations of known service pipes. At 175mm there maybe irrigation pipes, but all services should be deeper than 175mm. Which is not very deep.

Start with a dial before you dig search to see where your main lines go out of your property. Then do some test holes to check depth and find your drain pipes
