But the roof, eave and gutter looks ok- do they need replacing? Why not wait and see how the render looks, as we think it will look great with the existing roof and gutters, and window frames. Are the windows being replaced or just painted? It's hard to tell from the photo if they are timber or aluminium. Why not do the render first. Post a pic and then decide on the roof.
