As there is already a window in the bathroom space why the second, are you willing to show more of your floorplan

This layout will give you more robe space , I have the door into the ensuite on the outer wall as I don't like laying in bed looking into the bathroom.

The only work is to combine two bedrooms into one and make a new WIR and ensuite. Currently there is no ensuite or WIR.

I would prefer the window on the side where the red line is and not where its shown here, as that backs onto exisitng outdoor space.

I have shown a window where the red line is, it's now in the WIR There appears to be an original window in the ensuite. Both of these windows could be highlight for privacy. Looks like a choice between a bigger robe or ensuite, any floorplans?

Thank you, I really appreacite your assistance.....I like this, would it work if I only had the slider into the WIR and from there another slider into the ensuite and not a door from bedroom into ensuite. This gives me a long robe on one side and two small ones the other side (Husband can have that ha ha ha)

Would that work or all be too small?

So then that reduces the robe space again though you said the purpose is to increase?

I can't say I like humid bathrooms opening into robes either, though theoretically with a good exhaust fan, and a window in the WIR, it should be alright.

MJM, the design you have posted has approx 5 metres of wardrobe space plus a good sized bathroom. Maybe you need to organise your wardrobe and store clothes elsewhere that you and your partner, don’t wear all the time. Organise by season.

Sorry for the late response, As requested I have drawn a different access showing a door between the WIR and Ensuite. I have also added more dimensions showing the spaces, you will see that the original WIR only has 700 walking space which is very narrow it also has two corners which can actually reduce good robe space

Pocket sliding doors need a deeper wall space by using hinged or Barn doors this can be overcome, you would need to speak to your builder . My walls are all 100.

The second floorplan is the same as you posted except I have made both robes equal, I have added an extra robe in the bedroom for you.

I have moved the shower in the third plan without knowing anything about the style of the window, ie: hip height of tall and width, . This plan would also suit anyone who likes to watch TV in bed, it could be recessed into the bathroom wall
