The house is quite nice. I’d wash it and leave it. The drive way needs to be reduced and garden/landscaping added.

Thanks for your feedback @bigreader, the only issue is which I didn’t note on the original post, what the pictures don’t show is that the paint is quite discoloured and has yellowed quite a bit, so needs a bit of a freshen up

It also has a rendered fence in the same colour with which the paint is also cracked & yellowing, so wondering whether to match the wall with the house and keep the fencing the same colour or change it?

I would paint the render white, house and front wall. Not highlighting the dated horizontal line. The front yard also needs extensive planting. Those metres and metres of brick paving need to be lessened. For aesthetic and environmental reasons.

Remove the Colorbond fence infills and replace with wrought iron/powder coated fencing.

I think painting the house white with the black trim is fabulous, I would paint fence white also. Adding feature planters be they white or black would look stunning.
