Need help with an odd shaped bedroom
Comments (3)I would get rid of the bookcase & put the chest of drawers on the wall where the TV/computer currently is. Pop some comfy seating in on the left hand side looking out the window & against the back wall with the blanket box thingy in the middle as a table so you get a lovely inviting area in your bedroom....See MoreNeed ideas for a odd shaped master bedroom
Comments (4)You actually have room for a couple of closets that would back onto the side (long) walls of the bedroom. one would be between the window and the ensuite and the other would match it on the opposite wall. You could put sliding doors or bifolds on these and walk up the middle of them to your door to the ensuite. I'm assuming your bed is in the "bottom" part of the room nearer the bay window....See MoreMixed window treatments
Comments (4)Hi JC Harry, the 2 window treatments should work together especially if they are close to each other. How that is achieved can be done in many ways. The roman blind could be the same fabric, it could have an element of the curtain fabric or vice versa - some of the design decisions I take will consider the rest of the room, the fabric selection suitability, proportions, and of course client requirements including style and budget. If you are in Sydney area, we would love to hear from you if you require assistance with your project. All the best, Louise - Decoro Custom Interiors....See Moreodd shaped guest room dilemma
Comments (4)Hi Dreamer, Thanks so much. Really like option 1 per your suggestion, especially for privacy, and a generous wardrobe space with adjoining desk/ dressing table close to the north facing window. Think the in-laws might not move out after the first stay 😉thanks again...See MoreUser
